Island Hopping? Is there any such thing? Singapore is just a tiny island. Yes! Singapore has well-preserved beaches that server as an ideal gateway for weekend, nature and outdoor activities. It is nice to switch to a laid-back environment after the busy week from the City itself. The islands are just less than 30minutes boat ride from the ferry terminals.

Pulau Hantu is home to lagoons, sheltered beaches and beautiful water. It is also rich in marine life and coral.

Getting there:
Fast workboats or bumboats are available for charter at West Coast Pier (West Coast Ferry Terminal)

range from SGD $17 to $20 per person depending on current diesel prices.

15 mins one way, landing at jetty

Pulau Ubin is in essence, the last village in Singapore. A stroll through Ubin takes you back to Singapore in the 1960's with the simpler pleasures of life.

Getting there:
Take a bumboat from Changi Jetty (now called Changi Point Ferry Terminal), which is near the Changi Village Hawker Centre.

Ferry: S$2.50/person max capacity is 12. People who do not want to wait can pay S$30.00 for the whole bumboat and leave without waiting.

The Sisters' Islands, located to the south of the main island of Singapore, are two of the Southern Islands in Singapore. The Sister's Islands are two separate islands each with of which have rich sandy shores and coral reefs.

Private hired boats service from Marina South Pier.

S$12 for children under 12 for 2 way
